Introducing Our Latest Asset: The LAEIS 1600-Ton Press Takes Manufacturing to New Heights

Gouda Refractories started with the installation of the cutting-edge LAEIS 1600-ton press for refractory bricks, at our plant in Gouda. This great addition represents a significant leap in our manufacturing prowess, enabling the production of top-quality refractory bricks with exceptional precision and efficiency. It underscores Gouda Refractories' unwavering commitment to innovation and operational excellence, allowing us to better serve our clients and meet their evolving needs.

To accommodate this technological marvel, a modern hall was seamlessly integrated into our existing factory, providing a fitting home for this new press. Rigging this colossal equipment through the roof was a formidable task, conquered by the expertise and collaborative synergy of our dedicated team. The subsequent installation of the accompanying robot is set to commence in just two weeks, and is planned to be operational early January 2024.

But that's not all. The groundwork laid within this new building sets the stage for another groundbreaking development – the installation of a new 1000-ton press, alongside a state-of-the-art robot, slated for completion by mid-2024.
